Placing an order.
When you place an order, You will receive an email confirming the order details including all the characteristics of the drugs and their costs, shipping charges, discount applied, total cost, etc.
Once you receive an email confirming the placement of an order, you must process the order and make the payment online. After successfully placing your order, you will receive a final acknowledgement confirmation from our end, which will include the total order value as well as the expected delivery time.
If we are unable to place your order or a partial order owing to the product being sold out on our website, we will include this in our final acknowledgement bill.
Confirmation of Delivery
Your order(s) will most likely be dispatched within 24-48 hours after being processed. You will receive an email with a shipment confirmation number, order tracking links, and information on how to contact us if you have any enquiry.
Understanding the customs
Globelmeds sells its products worldwide. As a result, if you have made a purchase as a foreign citizen, you must keep in mind that we will need some more to deliver because your shipment will very certainly be subjected to a customs inspection when it arrives at the airport or port, which could create extra delays.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs because such delays are beyond our control. Typically, after customs clearance, your cargo will be sent to a local courier office, where the local delivery procedure will commence.
Understanding the customs
Our packages are often delivered within a few days for local and territorial zones. However, there may be delays due to unforeseeable situations such as customs delays, natural disasters, political disturbances, and state upheaval or shutdown.
For foreign orders, we will need more time. We usually don’t take longer than 2 to 3 weeks to upload the final order placed on our site.

Reshipments of Lost orders:
Globelmeds reship or reimburse any orders that are lost. It is important to notify customer service within 4 weeks of the purchase being dispatched to the customer if there is a delay in receiving it. As soon as the order is reported as lost, a refund or reshipment is made. Any report submitted within 8 weeks of the deadline will not be accepted or returned.
Replacement of an order placed with Globelmeds is subject to the following conditions:
- If the product takes longer than 7 days to arrive, as stated in the shipping details of the product.
- The mentioned shipment date is correct.
- The order is charged for the replacement policy if the buyer places the purchase at the incorrect address.
